I'll sometimes go to bed kinda hungry on account of trying to lose weight, but even when I wake up, I generally won't be in the mood for eating until noon or so, and then generally not bother until a couple hours later.
I'm generally not up to eating much after just waking up, especially the sweet stuff of "breakfast" food.
That said, I've eaten McCafe stuff before when I was travelling early in the morning. McGriddles are ok. Awful, awful coffee though.
