no classes, everything is equipment based.
So if you want to tank it, use heavy armour, since it gives you more hit points.
Magic is determined by throwing balls at people. So if you wanted to use a fire spell, you'd throw a red ball.
Weapons are 'whatever foam stuff we buy that's relatively consistent and safe'
There is no system. You just go off and fight people. Once you get hit you lose a hitpoint.
