Jotaro is boring because he doesn't develop much in his own story.
At least Joseph had his relationship with Ceaser.
That was good because they had an arc.
At first they hate each other, then they go through some tough times and bond together, and then they're mates.

Jotaro doesn't really bond with the other crusaders, or argue with them.
He just punches things and looks cool.

Great character design though.

Anime

Finally got caught up yesterday. They made good use of cgi to make D'Arby's dolls creepy.

Also, at first, I thought Iggy was just a little shit, but them giving him a voice and the whole Iggy vs Petshop episode made really like him.

Manga

I'm really liking Part 4. Koichi is a Dragon Ball Z and yandere stand user is the scariest thing.

Games

Anyone else super hype for Eyes of Heaven? I think it looks rad.

Free moving large arena brawler type game. Very fitting for the series, I think.

Young Joseph is best JoJo.

But he's cool!

Also he does develop, he opens up to the group a lot over their journey and goes from what seems like a punk kid who trusts no one to being good friends with Kakyoin. It's all subtle but that's just his personality. A lot of stuff that seems subtle also seems like big steps for him.

Young Joseph is the most entertaining JoJo, but Johnny is my favorite.
Araki was really on the steel ball in part 7

I feel similarly towards Iggy.
I just thought of him as a mutt before Petshop, but I really liked him after we got to see how he thought.

Maybe I'm just autistic, but I'm really not seeing much development.

Have you watched the anime yet? There's just lots of little things like him smiling or laughing with the group or when Kakyoin returns him and Jotoro specifically shake hands. I just notice lots of little instances where he kind of breaks out of his cold cool exterior for a moment. It's not much but I think it's way more fitting for him than if he just started hyuckin' it up with Polnareff or something. We don't know much about his youth but they make it seem like he was a punk who didn't have any real friends and got into fights just for fun but now we're seeing him understand what it's like to actually have friends and to work with people and his (very slow) adjustment to that.

I'm watching Stardust. It hasn't finished, so there might be some development at the end that we haven't gotten to yet.
We see lots of little things, but never any major changes.
But then again, the anime's been going since mid 2014, so perhaps I just forgot any changes from the start.

If anything, in part 4 he seems a lot wiser.

Yeah I really liked how Araki handled him in 4
Seeing him bond with Josuke over rat hunting was great.

I'm not that far in but it sounds nice. I really like his white "marine biologist uniform".

ALSO, one major thing my friend and I were trying to figure out.

So, end of part 1, Erina survives and escapes on the trunk Dio brought.

Beginning of part 3, Dio is awakened from the bottom of the ocean, in his trunk...

The happened?!
